Don of L A Heating & Air Conditioning says he guarantees his work up to a year, but when it comes down to a problem, he ignores your texts and calls. We had to get someone else to fix the improperly installed thermostat and the new contractor also had to rewire the zone valves for the boiler that also were improper. Beware of this company....they took our money, improper installation, then we were ignored.
