Wendy's Restaurant

We went through the drive through and ordered our supper.The food looked like it was thrown together and the grilled chicken wraps we ordered were so spicy we could not eat them.Our daughter got a cheeseburger deluxe with extra pickle.She would not eat it, so i tasted it and realized why.The pickles tasted horrible.We had eaten at this location before many months back with no complaints.I called the establishment and spoke to the manager.I told her the concerns about our meal.All she kept saying as i explained to her our concerns was that they had changed their menu and that was the way they were making the food now.She said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do about it.Isn't change supposed to make things better??????Apparently not in this case.
