I do not recommend strathcona toyota for service. I phoned the day before and was assured I could get my car in between 1 and 1:30 When we showed up I was told that 2 people were on lunch and 1 was on a shuttle run and that I would have to wait about 45 min. I had a small time frame ( a 1 hr window) which was why I had phoned the day before. So I did not have time to wait that long, all they said was sorry. When I phoned the next day to speak to the manager and let him know how upset I had been the story changed saying that 2 guys were out helping a customer who had an oil leak and 1 was on a shuttle run. Essentially we showed up in Campbell river an hr early for nothing. Bad customer service and Lies!
