Quest Musique had a October month long deal- save 10% off everything if you used their Passport coupon on their website. I originally tried to download this at the beginning of October from their website, around the 3rd and 4th. It didn't work. On October 12 I called to reserve a $400 Shure SM7B mic to buy later that day, then asked them about the 10% passbook coupon as I was having trouble downloading it. The guy put me on hold to speak with his manager. Came back on the line and said that the coupon had expired yesterday so there was no point in trying to download it!! My my, what were the chances of that timing! *eye roll* No where on their website or october email flyer did it say this deal was until October 11th. "October specials" means month long specials unless otherwise specified. They knew how expensive the mic that I wanted to purchase was and didn't want to take a 10% hit on it. So they made up some phony excuse to avoid it.
