For more than 38 years, Petland has been the retail pet industry leader in the area of animal care with ongoing staff training programs, in-store animal care systems and community service programs aimed at placing homeless pets and curbing pet overpopulation in the community.

This location is close to University of Manitoba and is in the south end of Winnipeg. They are usually fully stocked and the staff are attentive. They approach you to see if you require help. If they don't approach you, they are usually very easy to find. The fish department can get busy and sometimes you may have to wait for a pet staff to help you out. I have been happy with the items that I have bought and they pets we have adopted from this location. We frequently visited the cat, rabbit and fish departments. Any questions we have had, the staff have been knowledgeable and have helped us out.
