We have been dealing with this company for over 1.5 years to reimburse us for carpet we were sold, which turned out to be the wrong colour. They accepted the fault and claimed they would reimburse and pick up the carpet; They still have yet to do so, 1.5 years later! Super frustrating. They don't return calls. Very disappointing and upsetting.
