Horrible . Went in to fix my cat nail. New here. Figured I would try them out.When I brought him home and checked his paw they had cut all his nails past the quik down to nubs and the nails were bloody. Absolutely no reason for this. Even nipping a bit of the quik causes pain let alone the whole nail. Never ever going again.
