We used to go to this restaurant a lot but the past few times we've been there the service was not great ! The waiters do not pay attention to their tables and the food sometimes takes FOREVER to come out even if the restaurant is not busy! I love Swiss Chalet food especially the Chicken on a Kaiser and it is always good, but the service is what stops us from dining in anymore (we just get take-out or delivery now). In the end , it really depends who you get as your waiter as to how your meal will go.
