It was a bridal party event. Bride called ahead to confirm there would be enough staff to handle 6 of us at a specific time, they said there would be, there was not. They had about 5 people working and most had just started on new people when we walked in. Most of our party wanted acrylic nails and we were told that only 2 out of the 5 workers were able to do acrylics. The bride ended up not even being able to get her own nails done. I asked for the mani/pedi deal displayed in the window for $35. Another bridesmaid was quoted for acrylics and pedi at $48. They charged me $48 and charged her $71. They advertise that if you bring cash they wave the tax so it should just have been $35 and $48 respectively. When I tried to explain, the lady made an annoucement to the whole facility of customers/workers that I was complaining. Then the staff who had worked on me argued that I had asked for the $48 deal. I most certainly did not. Then they tried to say the bride had pre-ordered for everyone,
