I visited Future Shop today for work looking for a specific camera. As I walked up to an employee she noticed me coming and turned around to offer assistance. Showing her the printout of the item that I was looking for she asked if there was a color I preferred. She then proceeded to let me know which colors they had in stock and took out the ones that I wanted to see to decide. Upon deciding she took me to the till and rang up my item. She politely asked if I wanted a protection plan and did not use pushy sales techniques to try to see me one. Once the transaction was completed she made a point of introducing herself and asking my name. She then told me about a survey I could fill out and if I could please rate her service, also that I would be eligible to win a gift certificate for doing so. The service was wonderful, it felt amazing to be dealt with in a professional, polite and cheerful manner. I would definitely want to deal with her again when visting the store.
