High Country Health Care Inc

Most of the staff are fearful of losing their jobs and become automatons, unable to think independently in a crisis. Why? because the management has no real hands -on knowledge of what is required to be a caregiver or the real conditions the workers work in. It is almost impossible to negotiate any scheduling times . As a result, there is sometimes overbilling for care that was not given. Dealing with the management is difficult at best. In short, it seems that the customer is most always wrong. When there is such a big need for home care workers, and so many people willing to work in this field, why can't they hire and KEEP their good employees. To sum up, I feel this is a very mismanaged company that needs a complete overhaul, especially form the top.
