when working with Ralph he sub-contracted me a job which i was ripped off for promised 5 thousand dollars to finish the gob and when finished i paid all my friends that helped outta my saved money and when i went to pick up my pay it was for hourly which i paid out more i own my own business and it was my first time contracting for someone and i used to work for Ralph before never had a problem but after all the messages which i still have all the promises he told me that's the way of the game, also when i was working all my guys kept telling me Ralph would come up behind them and inappropriately touch them and on breaks Ralph would brag the he was sleeping with one of the owners of one of the units even after he has a wife his manor is disgusting and unprofessional i plan on taking him to court iv heard and had to fix many of his work he never goes and repairs this shotty work.
