The WORST salon that has ever existed in Montreal, avoid at all cost!! I would of given 0 stars if I could. Takes your $$$$ and gives horrible hairstyles/coloring to your hair. She did not give me the color I wanted (showed her 2 pictures to ensure she got it) and totally ruined my roots/scalp as well as the overall color itself. She offered a fix but I do not want her to fix due to fear of ruining my hair even more so instead, I asked for a refund and she said NO. I got so angry!! She even started talking {expletive} about me to the other customers who clearly did not have anything to do with it and blamed ME for her mistake. Like wtf? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, FAKEST OWNER WITH SHITTY “HAIRSTYLING” DEGREE. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST.
