So I recently went in for a carry-out order, and was told it would be 10 minutes. So I sat and waited. There never really seemed to be many people around doing anything, finally after 10 minutes I asked if mine would be ready soon, and one of the workers looked on a shelf, and there it was! They never even said it was ready even though I was sitting there waiting. The food was as expected, but I was just annoyed.
