I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium yesterday and I am very pleased with this vehicle. Jake Lavigne helped me find the perfect vehicle that fit my lifestyle and budget. He was helpful in answering any questions I had prior to making my decision. Before I even entered the building, I knew exactly what I was looking for. After asking me some questions, He had a vehicle picked for me to test. It was an Escape SE. Also a very nice car, but did not have all the bells and whistles that I was hoping to see. After asking him a few questions, he asked if I wanted to try the Titanium. I did! At no time did he try "sell me" on it or push me to spend more than my budgeted amount. Anyone who knows me, knows that I do not like pushy sales people. I like to think that I am intelligent enough to make my own decisions without any pressures.
