Crown Dry Cleaners & Tailors

I can' begin to say how very angry I am with this shop. I've taken clothes in to be tailored in the past but just recently, near end of July 2015 I took in 13 suit jackets, 4 suit vests and minimum 6 pairs of suit pants for alterations. Ie; pants hemmed and cuffed, from 34 to 30 inseam. EVERY pair of pants is now scroched and waffled by some amateur who knows nothing about fine wool suitings. At all. I would enclose pics but ther is not option. I am taking the ruined clothes to my regular tailor and if these cannot be fixed, there is going to be a lawsuit to replace nearly $5000 in suits. A drycleaner who irons wool without a press-cloth? WHAT THE HELL IS THAT??!! Beware, don't ever go here. I Paid HUGE money and am trying to get a refund and costs to repair or replace. Sworn statement. I have to give a rating but read it as ten negative.
