Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a financial institution. There is usually a line-up, and even if there isn't a line-up it takes the tellers a long time to service the customers. On several occasions now I have been to the the PoCo branch and have been met with closed doors. I went there at 4:30pm on a Monday and everything was locked up. Someone was being let outside and I was told they close at 4:30pm. The website has always shown Monday hours as 9am-5pm. Another time I checked the website for current hours and the site showed the branch being open, once I got there within the business hours, the bank was closed all together. Recently they changed their Saturday hours to 10am-2pm which is ridiculous in my opinion. They have now changed it back to 9am-5pm. I have had other customer service issues with them and I always get the run-around. Based on their business hours and customer service I would not recommend HSBC to anyone.
