I would certainly NOT recommend that you go here for a haircut. I took my daughter in, to have her bangs TRIMMED. Before I went in, I called and spoke to the manager, Chinh, asking for who would be best suited to cutting a small child's hair. She assured me everyone there was equally qualified, and said their policy was not to make appointments, but rather drop in. I took my daughter in and we saw Kirin. I asked for a trimming of my daughters long bangs, and this stylest aggressively started chopping my daughters bangs, OFF. I am not exaggerating, she left 1 cm of hair, and it was chopped jaggedly. When I asked for a manager, Kirin first told me she wasnt in, and then stated the manager was on "vacation". When I went in to see the manager, Chinh, the next day, Kirin was working. According to Chinh, Kirin will take some upgrading to improve her technique, but will continue to work until then. The manager Chinh, had hoped to try and fix my daughters hair, but admitted it was impossible. Avoid this salon!
