Purchased our rings years ago at another location but moved. Went to get rings resized and repolished wish we had gone anywhere else! So much miscommunication and differences in what sales person said vs manager. When I never received the follow up quote, I called after a week and at first they didn’t even know where our rings were. I had to go in person to the store to get a straight answer because no one would call back, or the manager was not in. Sales associates were really quite rude. Was just an atrocious experience! Save your time and money. P.S manager slipped up and divulged they charge WAY more than cost. On a 35$ repair they were going to charge 85$ !
