Grace Acupuncture & Massage Clinic

Incredibly disappointed with the level of customer service, and the policies this clinic has in place. This clinic made no efforts to work on an amicable compromise for a product that was paid for in advance, but misunderstood during it's purchase. It is both an acupuncture clinic and a massage clinic, and it is now my understanding that they should run separate practices. Sadly, the gift certificate will go unused with no services received as the clinic refused to allow for an acupuncture gift certificate to be used for a massage. I have never dealt with a wellness clinic / spa / massage therapy practice that didn't at least try to work with its customer. I can guarantee that I will never go to this clinic, nor will I ever recommend anyone to this clinic.
