Our experience with this business is that they are unprofessional,didn't stick to the budget, often not on work site, little to no quality control with the trades, no comparative bids for trades. They chose the trades and don't give us a choice. Their first quote was reasonable, but by the end of the project Greystone was way over budget. Convenient especially because they work on commission. They put in minimum work and want maximum pay. I would never use their services again nor would I recommend them. It's all about the money for them and not about the finished product and happy clients.
