I was vey disappointed with my appointment last week with my 7 year old granddaughter. There were 2 women causing quite a scene at the reception desk while we waiting for a our 3pm appointment which we finally were seen at 3:30pm. I had booked a mani/pedi for both myself and my granddaughter and had to remind Anne that my granddaughter was having a pedicure. Also, I had booked a "French manicure" for myself and Anne only gave me a mani with clear polish. She then added the French tips after the fact which fell off the next day. When I reminded another employee that I was having a French manicure, Anne and 2 other employees started laughing and were speaking Vietnemese and looking at me and my granddaughter. I found this very offensive and rude that they would not speak English in front of their customers. I have been to the Mayfield & 10 location and was treated 100% better than this location and will not use their services again or recommend others to do so.
