This is a terrible company to deal with. I waited all day for them to show up. .At two in the afternoon I found the delivery guy wandering back and forth from his van to the front door of my house. I asked him (from behind the gate in my back yard) if he was delivering water. He told me he was "trying to". I told him that it had to go by the back door, as I have no access to the front of the house from my apartment. He told me he could only bring it to the front door, and wanted to know how I get in and out of the house if I can't access the front door. I told him that the basement apartment only has access to the back door, and I had already explained this when I called, and he said he didn't like my attitude, and stormed off back into his van, without m
