Reiki is a Japanese technique used to reduce stress and increase energy and a sense of well-being, as well as to promote healing. Debra Harding started along the reiki path in 1991, and in 2004 became a Reiki Master. She teaches reiki first and second degree classes, and each one is unique because every class is unique to the students and what they bring to the class, and what it offers them. As a teacher and a healer, Debra feels that we teach what we need to learn, and learning is a lifelong endeavour, and both teaching and healing allow her to share and learn.
