I've been calling for 3 weeks during the clinic's working hours in an attempt to get an appointment. The system provides a "talk to a secretary" option that gets redirected to a voicemail that only handles appointment cancellations. I did not get a call back after leaving a message. Impossible to talk to a real person and make an appointment after more than 50 call attempts. Horrible experience.
