Young's Appliance Repair

After service call where part needed to be ordered I phoned this company for three days repeatedly. All I wanted to do was to confirm when the part would be in. Receptionist promised over and over to get right back to me. Nothing. My wife took a day off based on their original statement. Waste of a day. Left a message for the manager to call me back out of frustration. No call back. I do not usually take the time to post a review like this, but in this case it is needed. This is a company with no knowledge of customer support. Stay away. (FYI: On the forth day I ordered my part and had a service guy from another company book a convenient time slot. He returned my call within half an hour.)
