Do not deal with these people. My girlfriend and I hired one weekend Niagara-Toronto tour, as they were invited to UNAM Canadá to offer their tours, it was one of the worst experiences we had. We had problems with the bus system so we were late, I called them 3 minutes before the scheduled time of depart asking them to wait for us, all that time I kept communicated with them. The bus departed 8:13, we arrived 8:14; when we talked back they told us to take a cab so we could catch up, so we did. They even forwarded their live coordinates. Talked to them when we were almost behind them; they said: Sorry we're entering the highway, we can't stop... Later I found out that they did stop because of another guy who was late, also chasing them in a cab. We made it by our own, we got to Niagara at 20 hours (they've already been there for like 6) just to find out that the "tight schedule" had concluded 3 hours earlier than planned, without even doing 2 planned activities.
