The customer service rep who answers the phone here is extremely rude. As a customer, anyone wants to know general pricing before going to get an inspection done on their truck. Every other tank inspection company has no issue telling customers their base prices for inspections. You shouldn't be laughed at & made to sound stupid for asking for prices. Needless to say I won't be bringing my service here. It's one thing that there aren't any base prices, but you don't have to be rude about it. Just say politely "I am sorry, we don't have any base prices." Simple, really :). Just be a kind human being. Edit: It is now Jul 2018 and the person who answers the phone is still rude. She treats you like you are the dumbest person on the planet, she talks down to you and doesn't help whatsoever. I asked for the owners phone number due to him not answering his email and got ignored and told towait.
