Moksha Yoga is a green, clean, hot yoga series that stretches, strengthens and tones the muscles while detoxifying the body and calming the mind. While all classes are rooted in the Moksha Yoga series, teachers are encouraged to bring their own unique knowledge and experience every time they enter the room to teach. Amongst all the Moksha locations I visit (with a year membership, you can access all studios), I found this one to be the least favourite, simply for the bathroom/change room. When it comes to yoga, the change room is always first priority to me, and because I've got the experience of the ideal yoga change room, this didn't live up to the benchmark, mind you, it's a whole lot bigger, and cleaner compared to most independent/down town studios.
