Poor quality product-engineered hardwood. Do not support their warranty. Argues with customer. Not willing to fix issue. Bases decision on having no facts and support. Will NEVER purchase another twelveoaks product again. Too bad, I still have a half of house I'd like to renovate. Their loss.
