I needed to buy two used tires for the back of my daughters Mercedes. This was the WORST experience I have EVER had with a mechanic shop. They are rude, abrasive, Loud and confrontational!!! They are shady, they have NO customer service skills whatsoever, they dont even have PEOPLE SKILLS. I was yelled at by a BIG MAN, simply because I told them that i did not want to wait any longer, it had already been an hour and three of them were all working on putting RIMS on another car. apparently it takes 3 men to put on rims! What was suppose to be a few mins turned into over an hour. I had enough and wanted to leave, asked them to put my tires back, don't know why they took them off. They threatened that my tires would not be put back on balanced, just as is. I told them I would sue them if something were to happen to us The big APE said "prove it that you were here, where's your receipt!" I told my daughter to take pics of my car on jacks with the tires removed.then he balanced my tires! Don't recommend!!!
