Dr. Edward Lam & Associates Dental Clinic

WASTED me two weeks and things get even worse and finally was told by the reception ON THE PHONE saying you need to go to hospital enmergency. I got severe tooth pain two weeks ago, he gave me a prescription of some anti-biotics. Medicines are not even working, the second day, I could not even open my mouth and got swollen under my chin. Second appointment after a week, he said "oh, the medicine is not strong enough, you need some stronger ones". Another prescription and did not work out. I am still suffering from pain now. Suppose to be the third appointment today and just got a phone call by his reception and ask me if the swollen get better, I said no. Then she said "you need to go to a hospital enmergency". The dentist did not even want to take a look at it or at least clean the swollen infected area. Sooo disapointed, I think the dentist is lack of experience and can't give a correct prescription, can't predict what could happened, can't give the correct treatment.
