Casa Victoria Fine Dining and Banquet

I used to go to Casa Victoria for dim sum frequently. They dim sum is very fresh and tasty and different from other Chinese dim sum restaurants. Their papaya thousand layer cake dessert is one of a kind. Moist, not so sweet, and fragrant - this is the one place that makes it well. Now let's talk about decor - very Victorian style with fancy teapot and teacps, bowls, etc. Very different for a Chinese restaurant. There is a changing table in the washroom for your baby's diapering needs too, which is rare for a Chinese restaurant. Their dim sum is a bit pricey though, which is why I stopped going there now.
