Great, friendly customer service - and good prices too - Rob is the best! I bring all my watches here (Citizen, Movado, Omega, Seiko) to have them repaired, polished, to have the band resized and to have the batteries replaced. My wife has bought many earings here, and even a gold bracelet - we've gotten such amazing deals. She's looking for a pendant and when we discuss options Rob is always ready to make any changes we request or build what we want from scratch - I don't think we'll look any further once we're ready. I highly recommend Rob and all the Dia Amore staff!
