A friend of mine has been having problems working for this company. Without the required 2 weeks notice, and refusal to pay her a severance cheque, after working there for around 8 years, they have fired my friend. What makes them think that they are exempt from following the labour laws? I will be looking into this illegal activity and reporting them to the Labour Board.
