ADL Insulflex, Inc. is a Canadian provider of non-asbestos materials to protect heat protection products. In 1962, the company began experimenting with the use of non-asbestos material to protect hoses from molten splash. Over the past 50 years, they have expanded to the extent that they are now able to deliver heat-resistant products to any industrialized area on earth within 72 hours by way of their global Quickship program.
The company is based in Cobourg, Ontario and maintain their primary US facility in New York. They are committed to extensive ongoing research and development to meet the high temperature needs of their customers around the world.
The product range offered by ADL Insulflex include firesleeves that protect hoses, lines, cables and cables. They also provide a range of heat-resistant fabrics and high-temperature fire blankets designed for every severe heat environment, welding curtains, all in a range of standard or custom formats. Heat resistant and high temperature tapes are available in a range of designs and materials, including iron-oxide red silicone and glass fiber. High temperature sealants that resist shrinkage, migration and cracks provide outstanding resistance to fluids and oil.
ADL Insulflex maintain a state-of-the-art research and development facility. They will work committedly to solve the heat-resistant needs of customers. They provide complete fabrication facilities in-house, they custom design and produce proto-types for field testing, usually within just 3 days of a customer inquiry.
