I would advise every senior person in Burlington Ontario to go anywhere but ListenUp Canada at 1435 Plains Rd. E. The staff is rude, uninformed, dis-interested and after five years could not call me by my first name. They do NOT notify you when your warranty is up and therefore you have to pay to get your hearing apparels tuned up. Never mind that I paid $7000.00 for the pair.I was on the CARP five year battery program and constantly had to remind the full time secretary that my batteries were covered. CARP needs to review their contract with them and I intend on following up with them to inform them of my experiences there. Unfortunately, most people just walk away. Don't be one of them. Let your voice be heard and insist on being treated fairly with respect.
