Store is very clean and organized. The staff are helpful when you need them to be, but not on your back like at other stores. Selection is wonderful and new things come in often. Returns are pretty straight forward. I bought my daughter jeans but when I brought them home and she tried them on (she didnt come shopping with me) and they didnt fit, I was able to bring them back and get store credit because they didnt have the same pants in a different size.
