They will fill your store with OVER PRICED racks that they say you don't "Pay" for and then end up sending you new samples every few months that you don't even know the cost of, at the end of each year send you a bill for close to $15,000 for racking systems and samples that you had to buy because the new ones they sent you a few months before are already discontinued. Also their SALES reps DO NOT service your store if you are a smaller business. I haven't seen a SHNIER sales rep inside my store for the past 4 years. I am still an active buyer from them, have asked the rep to come in many times and update his racks. But still nothing. Basically this company does not care about their smaller clients. And their products are WAY over priced. If you are a new or existing store thinking about opening an account with GE SHNIER, DON'T, especially if your sales rep is the arrogant Vince Limoncelli.
