If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t know where this company finds the employees that they do. I requested an extra night of visitor parking with property manager Reshma Sumair in person in her office. First, she wasn’t even in the office. Second, when she did arrive she was extremely rude, passive aggressive and rolling her eyes. I remained respectful. Next morning I find parking ticket on my car. Car could have been tagged and towed, by some miracle it wasn’t towed. I called Reshma again, extremely rude and passive aggressive on the phone. Did not want to give me a proper email stating she was at fault until I threatened to call head office. Her response was “oh, would you like their phone number?” In a very nasty and sarcastic tone. I finally received an email from her and now I have to deal with City of Toronto for parking. Reshma Sumair if you are reading this I hope you can learn from your behaviour, when you are dealing with customer service you need to remain professional
