Dufferin North Athletics (DNA) is a 27,000 sq ft privately owned fitness club. The ownership group has decades of experience in running successful fitness organizations. DNA's philosophy is geared toward members achieving their health and fitness goals in an educational, motivating, well equipped, aesthetically pleasing environment. Our ultimate goal at DNA is not to have the most members, but rather to have the most "successful" members. With some of the GTA's top Kinesiologists and Personal Trainers on staff, results are the #1 priority.
The club is one of the best equipped multi-purpose training facilities around. Not only do we have an excellent assortment of cardio, strength training, free weights and resistance equipment, but we also have executive change rooms with both steam and dry saunas. Our newly built Cross Training facility adds functional diversity to your training regime. If aerobics interests you,we have an outstanding program which includes Yoga, Spinning,Zumba, Sculpt and so much more.
