Do NOT rent in this building. Water pressure is yet to be seen, some days not even enough to have a shower. Hot water lasts less than 5 minutes. Garage door constantly broken leaving garage unsecured. Landlords are EXTREMELY rude and will do nothing to help you, even during their 7 hour day. My dealings with the landlord alone have me hunting for another building. Do yourself a big favour and look for another building.
