My GE electric range needs to be fixed. I had a technician to come and diagnosed the issue in the mid of August. Since that I am still waiting for the parts to be shipped in order to fix my range. Just now received another message saying that the parts are out of stock and not to expect anything until 2019. Basically I am not able to use my stove because of the crack till next year? I was told many time it would arrive in October. This kind of service is not appropriate.
