Never use this company. Horrible customer service. long wait times, it took around 2 hours just to get someone there. That’s not including the tow time and hooking up. AND THEY SCRAPED MY CAR on the whole bottom bumper, as if they just DROPPED MY CAR OFF THE FLAT BED. How does that happen. When I called to ask how to deal with the situation, the manager just got upset because I said it was the drivers fault. When it was. Take responsibility of your actions. horrible customer service. Save yourself from the nightmare, and just don’t use them.
