Nirvana

I love this place for a few reasons: 1. Everything is VERY cheap. 2. Most things, especially the pad thai, are very tasty. 3. The atmosphere is dark and welcoming. Nirvana doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's worth going in. The service is kind of slow (as the reviewer below me also commented) but the food and price make this experience worth it. If the service is slow it is because they are understaffed, not because the staff doesn't care. Nirvana has the same menu as a few other hot spots in Toronto, including Red Room on Spadina, the now defunct Green Room on Bloor, and the new(ish) Pour Boy on Bloor and Manning.
