I looked here when I was looking for an apartment. They are nice, and the rent was very reasonable. I just didn't like the layout of the apartment. I don't like galley style kitchens, so this was a big minus for me....there were other little things that I didn't particularly like, but the building was clean and looks like it is well maintained.
