If this site allowed zero stars, that would be more accurate than anything. Honestly, GND Woodcraft has utterly terrible Customer Service. By terrible, I mean they have NO Customer Service whatsoever. I may not know you but please do yourself a huge favour and don't ever use them. Every step: from ordering, to shipping, to receiving your order (with flaws and warped wood products, by the way), to final invoicing - the whole process in dealing with them causes headaches. When THEY make a mistake, they take no responsibility and they never compensate you for your trouble. When you place orders with them, no one calls or emails to confirm your order. When your order is delayed for unknown reasons, no one gives you a courtesy update just to let you know. When they increase their prices out of the blue and whenever they feel like it, again, no courtesy update. They have no business being a business that claims to offer "excellent products and services."
