Precious Cargo

I cannot tell you how much I hate dealing with this company. At first I was happy to shop at home, keep business in my city. My sons bed was recalled, I was not notified by the store, ended up finding it myself after I stumbled upon it looking up how to convert the bed into a toddler bed. I ended up have to fight to get new parts for the crib after the part I screwed the screws into came out of the crib. My mom purchased a matching change table from them, well what she was told was a matching change table. Once I set it up we noticed it was from a completely different line...which is why I was not notified about the recall, they had in their books the wrong crib. My crib was back ordered for weeks, my new crib I got as a replacement was back ordered for more weeks, and I was told at one point it was lost. I refuse to step foot back into that store, and I tell everyone about the service I was provided from them. Very dissatisfied.
