The atmosphere is a good one. Not too loud or distracting with the lighting that is used. The booths are well spaced to give you the privacy needed when dining, be it as a couple or with a group. The food is very good and the price is reasonable for the portions you receive. The staff are very good at making suggestions and if you have dietary needs they will accommodate you. Reservations can be made so that you are not left waiting and even when you are waiting for a table if reservations are not made they check in with you to let you know how long the wait is. Overall a good place for a first date, evening out with family or friends ... very inviting atmosphere you will not be disappointed.
