Seung-ri WTTU Black Belt Academy

Description

The Seung-ri Black Belt Academy and Karate for Kids White Rock are members of the World Traditional Taekwondo Union. Adults and children are trained in Songahm Taekwondo, though the curriculum also includes: Protech Training Systems (practical self defense), joint manipulation, pressure point control tactics, ground fighting, S.H.A.R.P. (Sexual Harassment and Rape Prevention) and weapons training. All classes are taught by national level instructors, dedicated to helping students develop the physical skills of Taekwondo, as well as self-confidence and self-discipline.
